      We enjoyed perfectly comfortable and unbeatable location.

      Our room with the view was nicely decorated and brand-new with comfortable beds. The stuff was very helpful and excellant co-operating, as for 5-stars hotel.

      The hotel had a beautiful ambiance, but our special requests for adjoining rooms and a wheelchair were overlooked, affecting our comfort during the stay.

      Staff spoke poor English, some didn't speak English at all Staff didn't know the International Convention Centre, at 1 km distance from the hotel. They made no effort to search on a map or internet, and when I showed them on google maps, they still could not tell me in which direction it was. Front desk personal refused to help me find a little shop where I could buy some small snacks. They hotel itself didn't sell any small snacks, but she said it was forbidden to bring any food or drinks into the hotel

      Totally recommend for a weekend escape

      Very nice amenities, amazing service, including a great breakfast with both western and Egyptian options that helped fuel my exploring around the hotel located conveniently near the airport.

      Extravagent, clean, excellent facilities, bowling, swimming pool, restaurants,

      Internet wasnt working, no wifi, loud music, no shops in walking distance, not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside, not allowed to walk around the garden areas until after 1:00pm.

      They offered elegant and big rooms with king bed, an amazing view plus music. Location: the hotel was very close to nice for walk safe beautiful gardens and the center of Cairo.
